Day 1: Safari Adventure in Tarangire National Park

Embark on an exciting journey from your hotel in Arusha at 8:30 am, heading towards Tarangire National Park. Prepare for a thrilling 2-hour drive filled with anticipation. As you enter the park, immerse yourself in a full day of exhilarating game drives, surrounded by diverse wildlife.

Keep your eyes peeled for the park’s famous elephant herds, along with zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, and more. Marvel at the majestic predators, including lions, cheetahs, and leopards.Don’t forget to look up and admire the colorful array of birds flocking around the swamps and dry plains. Spot green wood hoopoes, lovebirds, herons, and kingfishers, adding to the park’s vibrant atmosphere.

As the sun begins to set, journey to your accommodation, the enchanting Farm of Dreams Lodge, where a delicious dinner awaits. Relax and unwind as you recount the day’s adventures, ready to rest and recharge for another day of exploration.

Day 2: Explore the Ngorongoro Crater – Full Day Adventure

Prepare for an unforgettable day as you embark on a full day game drive in the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1979. Optional at extra cost, delve into the rich culture of Tanzania’s nomadic Maasai tribe with a visit to a Maasai Village in the Ngorongoro Highlands. Meet the elders, warriors, women, and children, and immerse yourself in their traditions and beliefs.

Descend 610 meters into the crater, where your safari adventure truly begins. Marvel at the abundance of wildlife, from the endangered black rhino to herds of wildebeests, buffaloes, zebras, and graceful gazelles. Keep your eyes peeled for the mighty predators, including lions, leopards, and cheetahs, as well as scavengers like hyenas and wild dogs.

With over 500 bird species recorded in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, birdwatchers will be in paradise. As the day draws to a close, journey back to your lodge, the charming Farm of Dreams Lodge, for a delicious dinner and a peaceful overnight stay. Day 3: Explore Lake Manyara – Return to Arusha

Get ready for another day of adventure as you embark on a full day game drive in Lake Manyara National Park. Nestled along the base of the Rift Valley escarpment, this park boasts a mesmerizing landscape adorned with giant fig trees, acacia woodlands, and grassy floodplains. Prepare to be enchanted by the breathtaking contrasts of open plains, towering escarpments, Soda Lake, and distant volcanic peaks, as described by Ernest Hemingway.

Spot a myriad of wildlife, including buffalo, wildebeests, giraffes, mongooses, dik-diks, and herds of zebras grazing on the grassy plains.
