Day to day

Day 1: Dar es Salaam to Mikumi National Park

Start your journey with a 5:00 am pickup in Dar es Salaam and drive to Mikumi National Park, stopping in Morogoro for a hot lunch. Arrive for an afternoon and evening game drive, spotting wildlife like elephants, lions, giraffes, and buffaloes. Dinner and overnight at Camp Bastian.

Day 2: Mikumi to Nyerere National Park

After breakfast, drive to Nyerere National Park (7–8 hours), passing through untouched Tanzanian landscapes. Stop for a picnic lunch en route. Upon arrival, enjoy dinner and overnight at Selous Safari Lodge.

Day 3: Nyerere National Park Full-Day Game Drive

Begin your day with breakfast before heading out for a full-day game drive with packed lunches. Explore the park’s diverse ecosystems and spot animals such as lions, elephants, zebras, and giraffes, along with a wide variety of birds. Return to Selous Safari Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Walking Safari and Return to Dar es Salaam

Take an early morning walking safari in the Selous Forest with a guide, encountering local wildlife and learning about the ecosystem. After breakfast, prepare for the return journey to Dar es Salaam, where you will be dropped off at your hotel, airport, or ferry terminal.
