Day to day
Day 1: Arrival & Forest Exploration
Arrive at Udzungwa Mountains National Park. Orientation and briefing at park headquarters. Guided hike into the lush forest to spot unique plants and bird species Evening relaxation at lodge/campsite surrounded by nature
Day 2: Sanje River Waterfalls & Wildlife Safari
Morning hike to the spectacular Sanje River waterfalls. Explore surrounding forest, watching for Iringa red colobus monkeys and Sanje Crested Mangabeys. Afternoon safari drive in nearby Mikumi National Park (optional). Sunset views and wildlife spotting around camp
Day 3: Scenic Nature Walk & Departure
Early morning nature walks to witness mountain and river vistas. Chance to spot elephants, buffaloes, and other wildlife. Visit local villages or coffee plantations nearby (optional cultural experience). Return journey or extension to Ruaha National Park or Selous Game Reserve
